SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

WisconsinRx (d.b.a. National CooperativeRx) seeks a Sales Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive plays a critical role in assuring successful business development and close of new business. This position is accountable to identify leads, develop and cultivate relationships, close new business across the country; and engage in market research and competitive knowledge.
The ideal candidate will be an aggressive, outgoing and organized self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record of closing new business. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, risk management or related field; and a minimum of three years professional experience in pharmacy benefits, health benefits or health insurance are required. Industry connections in health benefits and/or self-funded benefit plan design are strongly desired. He/she should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, contact management software abilities, and an understanding of contract language. Ability to analyze, resolve problems, and propose workable solutions required.

Individual Sales Representative (Temporary Position)

Engage in various direct sales activities for WPS' individual products through direct response sales, including soliciting orders, setting appointments for sales presentations, and enrolling new customers. Support Individual Sales' retention efforts by maintaining a high level of quality activity through direct contact with all assigned customers. Associate degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; OR equivalent post high school education and/or work-related experience.
Two years of insurance sales or comparable experience.
Valid Wisconsin Insurance License preferred.
